Overnight Oats has become one of my favorite new breakfast ideas. It is so easy to make the night before. You can think of this dish as a cold, creamy oatmeal. I don’t really know how to explain it so if that doesn’t sound good, try it before you knock it!!!! lol. All the ingredients are super good for you and a great way to start your morning. With a cup of coffee, you are good to go!
1/3 cup of oats
1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of almond milk
a sprinkle (lol) of granola and flax seeds
handful of any fruit you like (I used blueberries, strawberries, and banana slices)
dash of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. EASY, EASY, EASY! 🙂 Let sit overnight and enjoy. (TIP: if you want it more creamy add more almond milk or yogurt)
